CS-800

The leader in our line of hoist controls, the CS-800 enables eight chain motors to be run individually or in unison. Both power distribution and relay control for the hoists reside in the same compact unit.

The basic design runs 3 phase motors at 208V-220V. The 50 amp input provides adequate current to run (8) 1hp motors. Each of the 4 circuit breakers protects 2 motors.

The CS-800’s fully enclosed chassis can be mounted onto truss using half couplers, mounted into a CS model road case, or can be installed into any standard rack. Single units can be packaged together to form larger control groups. The CS-800 can also provide the relay control interface between the CHCII computer and the motors.

Manual hoist selection and running is accomplished using any of our Remote Manual Run Handsets. A typical package is shown with our P8-CS-SQ-AK25 remote with 25 ft remote cable hardwired into the handset.

Remote and case are sold separately.

CS-400R

The CS-400R is just right for the growing company. Four chain motors can be run individually or in unison. Both power distribution and relay control for the hoists reside in the same compact unit. The basic design runs 3 phase motors at 208V-220V. A 30 amp Hubbell Twistlock input provides adequate current to run four 1hp motors. Each circuit breaker protects 2 motors. The CS-400RS is available to run most single phase motors.

Manual hoist selection and running is accomplished using our Remote Manual Run Handsets. A basic package would include our P4-CS-SQ-AK25, a 4 channel remote with 25 ft remote cable hardwired into the handset.

If you anticipate your inventory growing larger, we recommend starting out with a 4 channel package with a remote with detachable cable. As inventory and needs grow, a 12 channel remote handset can be added to existing 4 and 8 channel relay controls and remote cables to create a 12 motor package. The remotes and cabling options are illustrated in the Remote Manual Run Handsets section.

CS-400

The CS-400 is a local run only controller. This is designed for the user who never plans to grow beyond 4 channels. The hoist select and run capability are on the relay control box, eliminating the need to purchase a remote handset and multicable. A run button on a 25 ft cord is included for convenient running.

Power distribution and relay control for the hoists are supplied. The basic design runs 3 phase motors at 208V-220V. A 30 amp Hubbell Twistlock input provides adequate current to run four 1hp motors. Each circuit breaker protects 2 motors. The CS-400S is available to run most single phase motors.

CS-400RLX

The CS-800EC hoist control brings our popular CS series to the international market. Cee connectors for hoist hookup and power input are available in many confi gurations such as 4 pin or 3 pin control and 4 or 5 wire input. The basic design runs 3 phase motors at 380-416vac.
Ready to run eight individual hoists, both power distribution and relay control for the hoists reside in the same compact unit. Hoist selection and running requires one of our many Remote Manual Run Handsets. With a line of remotes up to 48 channels, large control packages can be easily created simply by replugging the remote cable into the larger handset.
The CS-800EC can also be modifi ed to use Hubbell connectors when higher voltage running is needed domestically. Most CS models can be modifi ed for single phase hoist running.

This manual control combines all the elements to run 32 chain motors in a single road case. The
package consists of the TR-3200 32 channel manual run box, four TR-8000 relay control for 8 channels,
and TR-200, 200 amp power distribution.

The core of the package is the TR-8000. Each of the four drawers provide relay control and individual
circuit breaker protection for 8 chain motors. The hoist power and control lines are connected via two
4-channel breakout boxes and two multicables. The standard package supplies the breakout boxes with
Hubbell connectors and Pyle National Starline multipin connectors. Optional designs can use Socapex
connectors. The TR-8000EC provides relay control in 380V-416vac with Cee connectors. UL and
C/UL is available.

32 chain hoists are run manually using the TR-3200. Interconnect cabling permits the user to switch
from manual mode to running through the CHC-II.

Power for the entire package is fed through the TR-200 power distribution. Cam-lok style inputs feed
the TR-8000 via four 50 amp Twistlock connectors. Individual circuit breakers cover the outputs. The
TR-200EC has Cam-lok style inputs and four 32 amp Cee connectors. UL and C/UL 1640 Listing is
available.

CS-800

REMOTE MANUAL RUN HANDSETS

We have developed a wide range of manual run handsets to run any of our CS or TR manual hoist controls or our PIM permanent installation panels. There are two lines of remote handsets:

The HCS line supplies a mushroom head emergency stop button and an on/off keyswitch. The CS line provides an on/off toggle which also functions as the emergency stop.
The HCS is available in 4, 8, 12, 16, 24, 32 and 48 channels. The CS line is available in 4 and 8 channel sizes only.
The HCS is fabricated in heavy gauge aluminum with engraved markings. The CS line is fabricated in powder coated steel with silk screened markings.
The HCS is designed for detachable cables. The CS line offers hardwired cable and detached cable models.

Our standard 4 and 8 channel hoist control packages can be reconfi gured to suit each application by simply changing the handset. For example, a CS-400R and CS-800 relay control can be linked through our P12-HCS-D2 12-way remote. This package can later be used separately by using our 4 and 8 channel remotes: P4-CS-SQ-D and P8-CS-SQ-D. The same cables are used in all the applications.

Detached style remotes can be supplied with a custom designed connector with locking ring to allow the remote extension cable to plug directly into the box. Until now, it was necessary to have two styles of remote cabling. With this option, the user only needs to purchase the extension cable, CBL-RX-TJ21K.
